Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every set ships together in its own box, and a mixed order can arrive in more than one box, on different days.

The shipping cost for your order is shown on the secure payment page before you pay.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

If a package is late, damaged or missing, email support@velvoracollect.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
