Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from velvoracollect.com, sold by Velvora Collect.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and ship to an address in the United States.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Using the pieces

Read the care and use notes that come with each piece. Knives are sharp: store them in a block or sleeve, out of reach of children. Stoneware and stone can crack if dropped or moved straight from very hot to very cold, so stop using a piece that is chipped or cracked.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy is on the Returns and refunds page.
